I finally got my car insurance approved today thanks to sister Uyen. I just passed the driving test 1 week ago. Uyen and me had to worked out for few days because I'm a new driver so none of companies would approve me. Uyen tried her best to help me out and there's only one company approved me. I'm very thankful to her because my husbands contacted some agents he knows and none can quote best option like Uyen did.

I have had the best experience here at this State Farm Agency. The sole reason why my experience has been so great is due to Derek. I would like to thank Derek Nguyen for helping me through my different insurance plans. Any time I have any questions, he has always been readily available, and answers my questions promptly and efficiently. But most of all, the reason why I have stayed with this State Farm agency is because I can tell that this agency has trained all of their employees to be sincere and genuine when helping customer needs. This is especially shown in my interaction with Derek. His exemplary professionalism is hard to come by. I can not compliment him enough. Please ask for him for any questions of concerns.

We've been a loyal customer with State Farm over a decade. We had a multiple policies for our home and a rental policy. Theresa Nguyen-Muth Agent has a good team members, great customer service , courtesy and very knowledgeable . We're very impressed this insurance agent.. Normally, we have Diana, Derick being assisted most of the time and Trina in claim. They 're amazing. We are very happy with their price and service is the best.
